Mindwell does not guarantee the factual accuracy of Milo's responses and encourages you to verify information for critical academic purposes.

You retain ownership of the study materials you upload. By using the platform, you grant Mindwell the rights necessary to process your content (PDFs, images, audio, etc.) specifically to provide the AI-guided study experience. We do not sell your personal study data to third parties.

• Attempting to reverse engineer the AI models or Milo's logic.
• Uploading copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use.
• Using the service for any illegal activity or to generate harmful content.
• Abusing the API or infrastructure to disrupt service for other scholars.

Mindwell is provided "as is." We are not liable for any academic outcomes, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from the use of Milo or the platform's study features. Your use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.
